A. Weather Conditions

Our tour has a flexible policy regarding the weather conditions:

• The tour itinerary includes visits to Rinia and Delos islands and can be comfortably completed even when the wind is 5 to 6 Beaufort.
• During the scheduled date of the tour, if the wind exceeds 6 Beaufort and Port Authorities allow it, it will be possible to follow an alternative safe itinerary along the south coast of Mykonos, visiting beaches and coves. In that case no cancellation or no refund can be made
• In case the wind exceeds 7 Beaufort or the Port Authorities do not allow the tour on the scheduled date, the tour will be rescheduled in the following days, weather permitting. In case of non -departure, 60% of the total booking amount will be refunded to the Client.

B. Client’s Cancellation

If the Client cancels at least 10 days before the scheduled tour date, or agreed by the parties, he will be refunded for 100% of the total booking amount (excluding our service charges).

• If he cancels between the 10th and 3rd day before the scheduled tour date, he will be refunded for 50% of the total booking amount.
• If he cancels less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour date, he will not be refunded.

C. Force majeure

In any event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as war, pandemics, terrorist attacks etc. that can affect the execution of the tour, our regular policy will no longer apply. In that case, the Client will be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for one year, provided that he notifies us in writing 10 days before the scheduled tour date. If the Client does not use the voucher within this period, he will be refunded for the total booking amount (excluding our service charges).
